In other news, everything we are doing for Halloween decorating is completed inside and out.
Updated: I guess UPS wanted to play a "trick" on us with our "treat", because it was rescheduled again and was delivered on the original delivery date. Awesome!
Ta-da..
During the day
Isn't it cute?!The garage door decor is held on by metal hooks at the top and metals hooks with elastic bands at the bottom, which allows the door to open and close. Well, those little suckers scratch our garage door (learned our lesson with our Christmas one), so we spent 45 minutes carefully wrapping every hook with black electrical tape. Worth it!
We hope everyone will enjoy it and if you feel so inclined...feel free to bring your camera over and take photos in front of it. If you are tall enough, a pose under Frank's hand is a good one!
...now off I go to search online for a video to teach me how to take in my kiddos costume. The length is fine, but the waist it too big. Last year, I had to do the length because the waist didn't really matter and I will not type the hours it took me to hem them up. (yes, I did say hours! what? not supposed to take hours?!) And yes, honey, I do own two sewing embroidery machines (long story) that I do not know how to really use, but I did use one of them last year to hem the kiddos costume and will use it again this year. If you take the hours I use it once a year, it would be like a normal person using it daily! :)
